LinkedIn Engagement Helper is a Chrome extension that helps users like LinkedIn comments and prepare personalized replies. We respect your privacy and aim to collect only information necessary to provide the extension's functionality.

1. Information We Access

• LinkedIn post and comment content required for engagement features.
• Google account email address for sign-in and trial management.
• Extension preferences and settings.
• Local action logs used to track extension activity.

2. How Information Is Used

Information is used to provide engagement features, prepare personalized reply templates, save preferences, manage the 14-day trial and validate premium licenses.

3. Data Storage and Sharing

Extension settings and activity logs are stored locally or through Chrome storage. If the trial and licensing backend is configured, your Google email, trial status and license information may be transmitted to and stored in a Google Apps Script and Google Sheets backend for account and license management.

We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising. We do not share information with unrelated third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

Google Sign-In and Google account services are used for authentication. Google's privacy policy applies to its processing of information: Google Privacy Policy . LinkedIn is an independent third-party platform and is not affiliated with this extension.

5. User Control

Users decide whether to initiate engagement actions and approve replies. The extension does not send replies without the user's approval.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Local settings and activity logs can be removed by clearing the extension's stored data or uninstalling it. Account, trial and license records held by the licensing backend may require a deletion request.

7. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information. No method of electronic storage or transmission can guarantee absolute security.
